NOTEWORTHY PROJECTS

BoundTree Medical Catalog Cover (Sarnova)
Had full creative control on the BoundTree Medical product catalog cover and "greatly elevated Bound Tree’s brand" through the successful completion of this project.

This cover won Gold and Platinum at the Achievement in Marketing (AIM) awards that year, as well as winning the "best in show" Grand AIM award. Rules state photography is ineligible to win the Grand AIM, but the panel of judges changed the rules to award this honor to my team and I.

Studio Launches (DSW)
Shortly after starting in my role, I was entrusted with comprehensive oversight to establish a new satellite studio at a company-owned warehouse in Philadelphia. This included managing all aspects of planning, logistics, equipment procurement, and the hiring and training of a new photographer.

Later, I was given the same responsibility to set up a studio at the new Keds headquarters in Boston. I coordinated closely with the Keds team, overseeing all planning, logistics, gear aquisition, and the complete set up of the studio.

Budget Management (DSW)
Created a Comprehensive and detailed budget request to replace all studio hardware in two of the companies photo studios. The request was approved, and both studios saw no downtime during the transition.
Manage the regular monthly and yearly studio budget.

Website Asset Migration (Sarnova)
During the redesign of one of the companies retail websites, my team was tasked with handling the data migration of over 45K PDP assets to the new website. I worked closely with the web development team to achieve this and the project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.

Retouching Process Improvements (PureRED)
I created a set of standards and best practices that I worked with the lead retoucher and photographer to implement that resulted in more consistent imagery and an overall reduction in retouching time by one half. This change led to me being placed as the head photographer over men's fashion.

I also created a set of standards, style guides, and training documentation for the various types of jewelry we shot in the studio.

2021 National Sales Meeting (Sarnova)
Every year the companies largest event was their National Sales Meeting. It was a three day event when every salesperson in the company would come together. There were around 100 different sessions they could attend including trainings, certifications, vendor product demonstrations, and more.

The 2021 National Sales Meeting was virtual due to the ongoing pandemic. I was tasked with being the point person for the organization and scheduling of the event, with a special emphasis on the keynote talk. I worked closely with an outside production company to create hundreds of different assets, including over 30 different videos and animations for the presentation. I created documentation for the various presenters within the company detailing best practices for virtual meetings and video creation to make sure there were no snafus during the event.
